Access Recreation Celebrates Guideline Completion

Access Recreation is celebrating bringing outdoor recreation opportunities to people of all abilities!

Access Recreation invites you to celebrate the completion of the Guidelines for Providing Trail Information to People with Disabilities for outdoor recreation trails and facilities. At the celebration they will demonstrate how to enhance trail websites, pamphlets and trail sites by addressing information that is essential for people with disabilities to make informed decisions.

• Bring your accessibility questions to share with others from federal, state and local park and recreation agencies, and with other entities that support outdoor recreation for people with disabilities.

• See how the Guidelines have already been put to practical use to make simple modifications to current trail websites.
