Join Portland Fruit Tree Project for our third annual East Portland Tree Scouting Day!
We'll be meeting at the East Portland Neighborhood office - 1017 NE 117th Ave (on 117th between Halsey + Glisan at the foot of the water tower) on Saturday July 26th at 9am for a 1 hour training before splitting up into groups and exploring the adjacent neighborhoods. We'll meet back at 1pm to wrap up the day's scouting and eat lunch, provided by PFTP.
Goal: Bring a group of volunteers together to receive training and scout for fruit trees in East Portland neighborhoods in a single day, in hopes of registering lots of new trees in East Portland, to be harvested in 2014 and beyond.

9am-10:00: Training
10:15am-1pm: Scouting in small groups
1pm-2pm: Lunch, report-back, wrap up.
