Hoyt Arboretum Friends
Address:
4000 SW Fairview Ave.
Portland, OR 97221

Join us as we contribute to the MLK Jr. Day of Service with some outdoor work. Work will include some brush removal, invasive species removal, and possibly some weather related tasks. It should be awfully fun and a great way to get dirty with some fine folks.

All tools, work gloves, and materials will be provided. Please wear long pants, long-sleeved shirt, and sturdy footwear; bring water and snacks.

Venue:
Hoyt Arboretum
Venue Details:
Plan to meet behind the Visitor Center through the chain link fence. If you’ll be driving, please consider carpooling (or just recruiting another person to come volunteer!). Most people will be able to park in the main lot at the Visitor Center. Barring that, there are street spots and a small lot across the street. When you check in, be sure to get a parking pass, so you don’t have to pay for parking!
