Join Friends of Trees to plant native trees and shrubs in Barrows Meadow!  Please arrive around 8:45am to be registered and assigned to a crew. The planting will start promptly at 9:00am. We provide breakfast snacks and hot chocolate/coffee, as well as gloves, tools and guidance. This area will be wet - please bring rubber boots if you have them!

This planting is part of the Tree for All event and is in conjunction with the City of Beaverton and Clean Water Services. This is our third year planting live stakes and bare root shrubs, restoring the riparian area along Summer Creek. The ambitious goal of Tree for All is to plant two million trees in the Tualatin River Valley in 20 years.

RSVPs are not required (although we do appreciate knowing about groups larger than 5 members).  Please contact Andy or Jenny at (503) 595-0213 if you have any questions or need more information. We look forward to seeing you out there

Plantings are great for kids and adults alike!
