United StatesPhillips Creek, located near 82nd ave and the Clackamas Town Center Mall has been a SOLVE site for the past eight years. The creek historically has been a dumping ground and largely ignored by the community. Volunteers have removed tires, shopping carts, furniture, and plastics. With the help of La Salle HS Green Team students and community volunteers the creek is being revived. Volunteers will be planting native plants near the new Monterey Ave road extension.

From I-205 take the Johnson Creek Blvd. exit. Travel west to 82nd. Turn left on 82nd. Turn right on SW Causey Ave. then left on SE Fuller Rd. Park at the south end of Clackamas Fire District 1 parking lot near dumpster. Site is adjacent to lot. Look for SOLVE sign. Read Meeting location in case of changed meeting spot. Phillips Creek is easily accessable by Trimet bus line 34. Find your route at trimet.org.
