This tour will visit close-in sites with major restoration projects. See how completed projects result in better natural area values and resiliency and visit ongoing works in progress.

The Clear Creek Metro property has major enhancement projects include extensive streamside plantings designed and installed by the Clackamas River Basin Council. These plantings will be about two months old at the time of this tour. The site is home to a variety of wildlife and plants in the extensive meadows and forests. The property is not normally open to the public, but Metro will be welcoming us for this special excursion.

We will meet at the restoration site.  All tours are led by CRBC Board member Bryon Boyce.
Bring plenty of water, a camera, bug spray, and a lunch.

Be aware that temperatures in the upper watershed are cooler than down below, and wear appropriate footwear.
