Come plant trees in the Durham/Tualatin area at Durham City Park! Please arrive around 8:45am to be registered and assigned to a crew. The planting will start promptly at 9:00am. We provide breakfast snacks and hot chocolate/coffee, as well as gloves, tools and guidance. Please come dressed for the weather and wearing sturdy shoes and get ready to have fun!
Continuing our effort to rehabilitate and stabilize the Fanno Creek riparian area, Friends of Trees will be planting near the same stream-side areas that we have worked in for the last three years. This planting is in conjunction with the City of Durham and Clean Water Services.
