VOLUNTEER FOR THE 30TH ANNIVERSARY

We all love Oregon's beaches, rivers and natural areas. For 30 years Oregonians have been proving that by volunteering at the Beach & Riverside Cleanup. This September Oregon needs you! Register today for a litter cleanup, invasive plant removal or tree planting project happening Saturday, September 27th and be part of the 30th Anniversary of the Beach & Riverside Cleanup, presented by the Oregon Lottery.

In 1984, Oregon was home to the first statewide volunteer beach cleanup in the world! 30 years later volunteers are still going strong and your support is as important as ever. This year alone there are an estimated 50,000 pounds of debris at our project sites to be collected and several areas in need of watershed restoration work. Only you can ensure our beaches, rivers and natural areas are kept clean and healthy.

GET INVOLVED

Become part of this volunteer movement! Join your friends, neighbors and thousands of Oregon residents as we clean up Oregon's rivers, beaches, parks and trails and dig in to remove invasive plants or to plant native trees and shrubs. There are over 100 volunteer-led projects across the state for you to choose from.
