So don't wait, join CRBC on Saturday, January 3rd for a tree planting at our newest restoration project in Damascus. Volunteers are needed from 9 am to noon to help plant native trees and shrubs with local elementary students and we want YOU to be there! This is a family friendly event complete with donuts and sprinkles!! --The ROCK CREEK PARTNERSHIP, a collaboration between the Clackamas River Basin Council, Friends of Trees, and SOLVE through funding by Water Environment Service's RIVERHEALTH Stewardship Program on behalf of Clackamas County Service District #1 -- works together to improve water quality in the Rock Creek basin by planting native trees and shrubs and removing invasive weeds along streamsides.
