Ross Island Paddle and Pull

Join forces with the Lower Columbia Estuary Partnership, Willamette Riverkeeper and Portland Parks & Recreation for a Big Canoe adventure to Ross Island Natural Area! Meet at Willamette Park and paddle in a 29' canoe to Ross Island. Once on the island, we'll work to enhance wildlife habitat by removing invasive species and learn more about the flora and fauna that call Ross Island home.

Big Canoe trips are open to the public and are suitable for ages 6 and up. Previous paddling experience is not necessary. Life jackets, paddles, canoes, gloves, tools and guides are provided.
