Join WTA for a 1/2 day of giving back to trails. We're offering a series of morning events aimed at engaging more youth and families in near-town stewardship projects. But the "Young at Heart" are welcome too! This crew will be constructing a new trail that will meander between Vancouver Lake and Buckmire Slough.

Vancouver Lake is just east of Vancouver. From I-5 southbound take exit 1D for 4th Plain Blvd. Head west on 4th Plain Blvd for about 1.5 miles. 4th Plain will take you over the railroad tracks, then just past the intersection with Fruit Valley Rd. merge right onto NW Erwin O Reiger Memorial Hwy. After about 3 miles stay straight to head north along the western edge of the lake going past Vancouver Lake Regional Park for another 1/2 mile. We'll meet at an unmarked white gate on the right side of the road next to a very large Oak tree.
