Yoga with the Birds at Jackson Bottom Wetlands
3 different sessions offered this summer. Each session meets twice per week on Monday and Wednesday mornings from 7:30-8:30 with an optional meditative bird walk afterwards:

Let Yoga with the Birds make you soar on summer mornings! Feel refreshed, rejuvenated, and balanced in the invigorating atmosphere of Jackson Bottom Wetlands Preserve. The class takes place on the covered deck, open to the east and the morning sun. Bring a mat, towel, and water bottle. Arrive dressed to begin class and be prepared for possibly cool mornings. Class is suitable for beginner to intermediate levels. After each class a half-hour, meditative bird walk will be offered by staff for those who wish to participate. Class size limited to 15.
