Food Preservation Workshop: Apple Sauce & Fruit Butters

Join Carol Wong for an afternoon of applesauce and apple butter making and bring home some for your family. We will cover safe food handling, beginner knife skills and techniques for small and large batch cooking, and how to can these sauces into jars for seasonal treats and gifts.
