Dress for rain or shine, bring a resuable water bottle, a reusable bag or bucket, and an old colander for sifting the tidelines for small pieces of plastic. Be safe! From Newport- Head north on HWY 101 approximately 7.5 miles north of Newport. Go left onto Otter crest loop. Go left on 1st street until you reach Devil's Punchbowl (Otter Rock) State Park
