Bioengineering Class at Beaver Creek

The bioenginnering field day will introduce participants to basic techniques. Participants will hear an introduction outdoors at Glenn Otto Park and then walk up Beaver Creek where several types of bioengineering techniques will be installed, stabilizing the streambank by adding vegetation. Participants will review past project examples, receive handouts and a copy of Restoring Rare Native Habitats in the Willamette Valley. Please dress for the weather and working outdoors
