United StatesPhillips Creek is a tributary of Kellogg Creek in Clackamas County.Improvements to the Phillips Creek stream corridor will result in improved water quality in Kellogg Creek. Kellogg Creek is home to beaver, kingfisher, and native fish. Volunteers will be planting western red cedar and other native trees and shrubs, as well as mulching. Native vegetation will help shade Phillips Creek, prevent erosion, and improve wildlife habitat.
