Join volunteers for this monthly Third Saturday Cleanup in Northwest Portland. Pick up litter and remove graffiti in the area. Join us for some coffee and conversation afterward. Volunteers should come prepared with completed waiver forms (if possible) and work gloves on cold days. Activities include: Litter Cleanup.

Friday July 31, 2015 to Friday August 7, 2015 War on Weeds WOW Week. Coordinated volunteer effort to pull noxious weeds in Sunriver and surrounding neighborhoods. (Bring water, sunscreen, and gloves for pulling.) NEW FOR 2015: WOW has been changed to a week-long event. Pull noxious weeds anytime during the week then join fellow volunteers for a celebration lunch at 12 noon on Friday August 7th! Activities include: Invasive Plant Removal.

Friends of Baltimore Woods is teaming up with SOLVE to help restore a vital urban Oak Woodland.  Join us August 1st for invasive plant removal and mulching native trees to improve habitat and water quality.  Tools and gloves, as well as drinking water, will be provided onsite (but feel free to bring your own water bottle too).  This can be messy work, so please wear appropriate clothing and sturdy shoes.

East Portland has the greatest need for fresh, local produce and also the least amount of fruit trees registered with Portland Fruit Tree Project.  Let's fix that together!

You're invited to participate in one (or both!) of our upcoming East Portland Tree Scouting Days!  We'll provide training, lunch, and the fun :-)

All are welcome (New this year: Tree Scout Teams, so sign up with a friend or two!), but RSVP is required so we know how much lunch to prepare.  Also, bus tickets & mileage reimbursement is provided, upon request.
