Distribute or Pick Up SOLVE Bags for the Grand Floral Parade

Help keep the Portland Rose Parade Festival the cleanest and greenest festival in the world. It's fun, great exercise and helps the Portland Rose Festival maintain its reputation! Volunteers can register to distribute SOLVE litter bags before the parade or pick up filled bags after the parade (or both.) This is a terrific way to actively participate in this long-standing Portland tradition! First shift volunteers distributing bags will meet at N Larrabee Ave. (next to the Memorial Coliseum) at 8 a.m. These volunteers can be 8 years old and up. Second shift volunteers will be meet at the same location at 10:30 a.m. to collect filled bags. The second shift volunteers should be 16 years old and up. The parade route is 4.25 miles, so wear your tennies!
