Located along the scenic Willamette River in West Linn, Oregon this event is an annual fundraiser and community celebration of art, gardens, and historic industrial lock and paper mill sites in Oregon CIty and West Linn. Vendors will be selling art inside and outside of the McLean house and free tours of the West Linn locks and Blue Heron Mill site are avilable for free.
