A great camp for making new friends and having fun while discovering nature. Expand your knowlege of science, learn about plants and animals, hike two to five miles daily, play games and see awesome natural sites at locations around our region. Bring a lunch, water bottle and two snacks. Dress for the weather. Suitable for ages 7 - 11 years. Advanced registration required; call 503/629-6350. An assessment fee will be charged for out-of-district patrons.
Mammals are a diverse group of animals. Ranging in size from one inch to 108 feet, they can be found on land, sea and in the air. Learn what mammals live in the park, and make a bandana tracking guide to wear on hikes.
