Nature Explorers Day-off Nature Camp: Kamp Kerplunk

A great camp for making new friends and having fun while discovering nature.  Expand your knowlege of science, learn about plants and animals, hike two to five miles daily, play  games and see awesome natural sites at locations around our region. Bring a lunch, water bottle and two snacks. Dress for the weather. Suitable for ages 7 - 11 years. Advanced registration required; call 503/629-6350.   An assessment fee will be charged for out-of-district patrons.

Down by the banks... we'll head to the Tadpole Ponds to explore the water's edge looking for frogs, tadpoles and eggs.  Bring your rubber boots for a ranger-approved adventure in addition to some fun frog activities.
