A great chance for parents to have a night out while the kids get to experience the Nature Park in a way few others ever do.  Gather in the Nature House, have dinner (pizza and veggies), then head out into the Park after dark to explore and look for wildlife. No flashlights needed!

Get outside after school and explore the natural world. Join friends as you enjoy a new nature topic each week through hikes, games and crafts. Classes will take place outside, weather permitting. Please dress for the outdoors; snacks will be provided. Suitable for ages 7 - 10 years.

Our squirrels have been keeping busy this winter. Learn about these entertaining treetop acrobats. Each class includes a simple craft or coloring project. Weather permitting, we'll take a short hike into the forest.  Parent participation required.  Suitable for ages 3-5 years.

Chickens aren't the only ones to lay eggs. We'll learn about all kinds of eggs and which animals lay them. Take a close look at an ostrich egg and compare it to a hummingbird egg.

Turtles live on the land and in the water. Have fun leaning about them and what it is like to carry your house on your back like the turtles do.
