Jan. 27, 2015 | Portland, OR -- The 2015 International Trails Symposium is coming May 17-20 to the Oregon Convention Center in Portland.
Addressing every aspect of trails, greenways and waterways, the symposium provides an opportunity to network with experts and enthusiasts from around the world while learning from dozens of educational sessions and mobile workshops. This year's theme is "Solutions for Success."
On Forest Park Conservancy's biannual Day of Stewardship, Forest Park fans from across the greater Portland area join forces to enhance the natural beauty and ecology of Forest Park. This spring, be one of them.
Connect with your community and your local Wildlife Refuge! Become a Volunteer Naturalist with the Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge and learn about the amazing wildlife who call the Refuge home while giving back.
Venture out with a refuge naturalist for a free nature walk to explore the oak savanna, riparian forest and wetland ecosystems and natural history of Tualatin River National Wildlife Refuge.

American Trails is hosting the next International Trails Symposium right here in Portland from May 1
Join Crystal Springs Volunteers for a work party at Westmoreland Park, removing weeds, mulching and furthering the restoration of Crystal Springs Creek. Coffee, tea, snacks and camaraderie will be on hand. Dress for the weather, and feel free to bring hand tools and gloves.
