Beaver Falls CLEAN up

Sunday, February 22, 2015 - 10:00am
SOLVE
Address:
Beaver Falls Rd and Hwy 30
Clatskanie, OR
United States

Clatskanie CLEAN has already held one clean up day at the Beaver Falls site and removed over a thousand pounds of trash. There is an additional dump pile adjacent to the falls trail, which consists of multiple tires and old appliances and is going to require more technical and muscle help than we can muster on our own - preferably a vehicle with a winch to pull the tires up to the road - there is a precipitous slope involved - and some cutting tools. Beaver Falls is a beautiful natural site adjacent to an important watershed - there are environmental and safety as well as aesthetic considerations in completing this CLEAN up. Activities include: Litter Cleanup.
