Spring is turning into summer! Get outdoors early with a SOLVE Planting Day, Invasive Removal or Litter Cleanup project near you. There are tons of family friendly events to choose from across the state, with new projects added daily. You can even start a project of your own! Just a few hours on a Saturday will result in improved water quality, increased wildlife habitat and carbon storage to slow climate change. So what are you waiting for - join SOLVE for some fresh air and fun at an event near you!

Campers will spend the day exploring and learning about nature at Columbia Springs with songs, games, and more. They will bring home plenty of nature-inspired memories and crafts including their own birdhouse, homemade paper, and model bug! Nature Nuts is for children entering 1st-3rd grade.
Session 1: July 27-31, 9am to 1pm
Session 2: August 17-21, 9am to 1pm

Has your child ever dissected an owl pellet? Built a robot from recycled materials? Or tasted cattail, a wetland plant? At Going Green Summer Camp, your child will explore, forage, play, and learn about sustainability and the natural world through hands-on activities and crafts. A special field trip to a local recycling center will wow your child with the power of recycling.
Going Green is for children entering 4th-6th grade. $169 per camper. Register now at columbiasprings.org!
